Since 2010, Bethesda Inc. has granted more than $33 million to TriHealth and other community-based organizations leading transformational health and health care initiatives. We are seeing measurable signs of better health and better care across the care continuum, from reductions in pre-term birth rates to an increase in the number of end-of-life conversations initiated and documented.
We’ve been a catalyst in helping to attract more than $70 million in federal funding to fuel health improvements in our community and have a strong commitment to collaborative efforts and partnerships that lead to breakthrough change in health care delivery.
Supporting Proof of Concept
“Transformational project funding tends to fall into three categories: Plan, Pilot and Scale. Bethesda Inc.’s funding is targeted at the planning and piloting stages. Our interest is in successfully proving a concept that can then be scaled through ongoing operating budgets or more traditional sources of philanthropic dollars.” – Jill Miller, President
